Palazzo Leosini is a building of rare charm and ancient history located in the city of L'Aquila. Here, an accommodation facility has taken shape that stands out for the elegance of its rooms, the quality of the services offered and the professionalism of an attentive and helpful team. Ginevra Boutique Rooms belongs to the Residenze d'Epoca circuit, a quality mark reserved for prestigious historic residences that are more than a century old: seventeen rooms, each one different, like variations on the theme of harmony between ancient times and contemporary sensibilities. For this project, the Distretto 19 studio chose to collaborate with Twils, creating a place where forms tell a new story of hospitality and beauty. Together with the client, spaces were created where natural comfort is perceptible, each room becomes quiet, where beauty becomes the measure and living is transformed into an experience of intimate lightness.
The rooms at Ginevra Boutique Rooms are dedicated to dreams, visions and restful sleep. Each room is unique, where beds from Twils' Better Dreaming collection express the value of Italian bespoke design in different ways.
The Opéra Fleur bed, designed by Tiziano Carnieletto with its modular headboard, envelops and welcomes guests like a velvet curtain. Carnaby, designed by Studio Balutto Associati, interprets the discreet luxury of the Art Deco style, with sinuous lines and craftsmanship that celebrates artisan work. Infinito, by Colzani & Novati, invites us to reconnect with the simple and profoundly important gestures we repeat every day. Finally, èS. Heaven reinterprets lightness: tailored raised edges and metal feet that seem to lift us off the ground as if in a dream. In every room, comfort becomes a poetic language, capable of making hospitality an act of love towards those who stay there.
The Better Living collection by Twils was chosen for the common areas, the lounges and the private spaces of the rooms. A story of harmonious proportions where design and craftsmanship become the language of everyday life.
The Balmoral sofa, designed by Cairoli & Donzelli, combines grandeur and lightness thanks to its welcoming and generous shapes. Etan, designed by Robin Rizzini, plays on geometric simplicity: an airy structure, slender black nickel feet and suspended cushions, for a perfect balance between rigour and comfort.
Completing the atmosphere with small islands of comfort are the Rica armchairs by Beatriz Sempere, Adele by Antonio De Marco and Carnaby by R&D Twils. Better Living furniture is an invitation to experience design as a natural gesture, an everyday luxury that makes the Ginevra Boutique Rooms environment authentic and harmonious.
The project is completed by Twils accessories: Simplit and Condè coffee tables, Tetris bedside table, Rotondo and Soft Quadrato poufs: beautiful and intelligent solutions, designed to accompany guests in an ever-welcoming space.
Every element of the Ginevra Boutique Rooms hotel reflects the same philosophy that inspires Twils: the desire to find the balance between aesthetics, comfort and innovation, to live in beauty every day.
